Daily Use
How much should I take?
Each disk is scored into four quarters. Start with one or two quarters. Adjust based on individual response. Full serving is two quarters (40g).
When should I take Activate?
Morning or early afternoon. With or without food. Avoid after 4pm if sensitive to caffeine. Allow 30-45 minutes for onset.
When should I take Restore?
Evening, 1-2 hours before intended rest. Supports transition to calm. Timing can be adjusted based on personal schedule.
Can I take both Activate and Restore in the same day?
Yes. Activate in morning or afternoon for engagement. Restore in evening for recovery. Allow adequate spacing between doses.
Active Botanicals
What botanicals are included?
Each recipe contains specific botanical extracts at clinical doses. Full ingredient list and grammage published on individual recipe pages.
Are the botanicals tested?
Yes. Third-party testing for purity, potency, heavy metals, and microbial contamination. Certificates of Analysis available upon request.
Why do you publish exact doses?
Transparency enables informed use and independent verification. Clinical ranges require precise dosing. No proprietary blends.
Are these statements FDA approved?
These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Claims refer to structure/function support only.
Chocolate
What type of chocolate is this?
Single origin Malabar cocoa from Kerala, India. 60% cocoa mass, 6% cocoa butter, coconut sugar. No emulsifiers, soy lecithin, or vanillin.
Does it taste like regular chocolate?
Clean cocoa intensity with subtle botanical notes. Not sweet or indulgent. Designed for function, not dessert.
Is it vegan?
Yes. No dairy, eggs, or animal-derived ingredients. Processed in a facility that handles dairy.
What is the caffeine content?
Activate contains approximately 80-100mg caffeine per full serving from green tea extract and natural cocoa. Restore is caffeine-free.
Subscription
How does the subscription work?
Monthly delivery of your selected collection. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account dashboard. No commitments.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes. Switch between Activate and Restore, adjust frequency, or modify quantity before your next billing cycle.
When will I be charged?
Initial charge at signup. Subsequent charges occur on your monthly renewal date. You will receive an email 3 days before each charge.
Shipping and Storage
Where do you ship?
Currently shipping within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping not yet available.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically 3-5 business days via USPS. Tracking provided via email.
How should I store the disks?
Room temperature in a cool, dry location. Avoid direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Ideal range: 15-20°C (59-68°F).
What is the shelf life?
12 months from manufacture date when stored properly. Manufacture and expiration dates printed on packaging.
